Choose one of our advisor certified software choices*. Next I’ll get your account up and going. Then we’ll get you trained up and going!

*Software subscription not included. To be billed separately.

*Does not include add-on or advanced modules such as employee payroll or time tracking. These may be set up on a case by case basis for an additional fee.
- Balance sheet accounts with up to 10 accounts for each Balance sheet category. (Assets, Liabilities, Equity accounts.)
- Profit & Loss account set up. Choose from:
  - Standardized listing of income and expenses (matches federal tax filings categories).
  - Custom listing of 5 income accounts & 20 Expense accounts.
  - More accounts available on request.
2 hours of training on how to utilize your new bookkeeping software!
Need more than 2 hours? Don’t worry we can go longer for an additional hourly fee.

$350 + $170 per Quarter

Get everything in the Software Starting Point package plus:

I’ll review your general ledger to make sure that things are classified cleanly, correctly, and reclassify things as needed!
Receive an hour of consult time to refresh your training, ask questions, and review the General Ledger Clean-up.
Input of any adjustments requested by your tax accountant. This might be for things like depreciation, closing equity, etc.

$350 + $79 per month

Everything in the Software Starting Point & Quarterly packages plus monthly core bookkeeping :

Each month bank transactions will be entered and appropriately classified for:
- 3 Bank Accounts*
- 2 Liability Accounts (Loans, Credit Cards, Lines of Credit).
- Additional accounts available upon request.
*Additional hourly fees may be required for accounts with more than 150 transactions per account per month or complex line item accounting.
Monthly & Quarterly Reconciliation of up to:
- 3 Bank Accounts
- 2 Liability Accounts (Loans, Credit Cards, Lines of Credit).
