Service Includes:

A review and re-organization of Chart of Accounts to optimize your Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Reports.
I’ll review your general ledger to make sure that things are classified cleanly, correctly, and reclassify things as needed!
Receive an hour of consult time to refresh your bookkeeping skills, ask questions, and review the General Ledger Clean-up.

*One time fee based on 8 hours of service. COA Revamp + GL Clean-up taking longer than 8 hrs are subject to additional hourly fees.

$320 + $170 per Quarter

Get everything in the 1 -Time Software Support package plus the following services each Quarter:

I’ll review your general ledger to make sure that things are classified cleanly, correctly, and reclassify things as needed!
Receive an hour of consult time to refresh your training, ask questions, and review the General Ledger Clean-up.
Input of any adjustments requested by your tax accountant. This might be for things like depreciation, closing equity, etc.

$320 + $79 per month

Everything in the 1-Time Software Support & Quarterly packages plus monthly core bookkeeping :

Monthly & Quarterly Reconciliation of up to:
- 3 Bank Accounts
- 2 Liability Accounts (Loans, Credit Cards, Lines of Credit).
Each month bank transactions will be entered and appropriately classified for:
- 3 Bank Accounts*
- 2 Liability Accounts (Loans, Credit Cards, Lines of Credit).
- Additional accounts available upon request.
*Additional hourly fees may be required for accounts with more 300 transactions per account or complex line item accounting.
